TRAINING DAY
February 20th 2010
Commencing at the Hastings Football Club at 6:45am sharp
COST: $20 for the bus
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
• appropriate running/walking gear
• enough food and water for yourself for the day (be prepared)
WHAT WE WILL BE DOING:
Completing the Two Bays Walking Track from Dromana to Cape Schanck Lighthouse (approximately 26km) whilst conducting various activities along the way.
The bus will pick us from the football club at 7am and take us to the starting point. The bus will then pick us up from the Cape Schanck Lighthouse at the completion of the walk and return us to the football where we will go through our season plans for 2010.
